Nikkie plays one of the most important roles in helping patients begin their healing journey at Wellspring Advanced Health and Genesis Back & Neck. As our Patient Onboarding & Financial Specialist, she serves as the bridge between clinical recommendations and patient confidence, ensuring every patient clearly understands their care plan, financial options, and the steps needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Nikkie has grown tremendously since first joining our team at the front desk. Through dedication, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping people, she has expanded her role into becoming one of the clinic’s strongest patient advocates and educators.



She guides new patients through the onboarding process with clarity, warmth, and encouragement, helping them understand not only what their care plan involves, but why it matters. Nikkie also plays a major role in teaching patients how to properly use home care therapies and products, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery outside of the clinic.

One of Nikkie’s greatest strengths is her ability to help patients navigate the financial side of healthcare with compassion and creativity. She works closely with patients to develop customized financial solutions that remove barriers to care, allowing more people to move forward with treatment and reclaim their quality of life.

Behind the scenes, Nikkie also contributes to improving patient onboarding systems, lead follow-up processes, and overall patient experience strategies that help our clinics better serve the community.

And while Nikkie is known for her organization, innovation, and heart for patients, she is equally well known for one unmistakable personal trademark — her love for the color pink. In fact, it didn’t take long after joining the team before nearly every item at her workstation was replaced with a pink version. It has since become a cheerful reflection of the positivity and energy she brings to patients and teammates every single day.
