Behind that easygoing and “pretty chill” personality is an incredibly strong work ethic and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. McKinlee is highly goal-oriented and takes pride in not only helping patients progress through their care, but in making sure every detail of their experience is handled with care and intention. She notices the small things that others might overlook — and those small things often make the biggest difference in how patients feel.

She has a natural ability to communicate clearly, guide patients confidently through therapy, and provide reassurance when it’s needed most. Whether a patient is having a great day or a challenging one, McKinlee shows up ready to support, encourage, and help them keep moving forward.

Growing up in a small town, McKinlee brings that same sense of warmth, authenticity, and grounded personality into the clinic every day — along with a work ethic that, if we’re being honest, might qualify her as a bit of a workaholic (in the best possible way).
