Thanks to Gemma, our therapy rooms are consistently spotless, organized, and ready to create the best possible environment for patient care.

One of Gemma’s greatest strengths is her determination and problem-solving mindset. If she doesn’t know how to do something, she simply figures it out. In fact, when a piece of therapy equipment stopped working one day, Gemma took the initiative to carefully take it apart, troubleshoot the issue, and successfully get it working again. That level of ownership and curiosity perfectly reflects the kind of care we strive to give our patients every day.
